Job Duties:
Work with clients to understand CRM goals, document business requirements, design Salesforce solutions, and guide implementation teams through configuration and delivery.
Lead discovery workshops, prepare solution documentation, support user acceptance testing, and advise stakeholders on Salesforce best practices.
Job Requirements:
Requires experience with Salesforce consulting, business analysis, process mapping, configuration, and stakeholder management.
Salesforce certifications, experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, and strong client-facing communication skills are preferred.
