Job Duties:
Develop and manage Salesforce Data Cloud implementations, customer data models, identity resolution processes, and real-time data integrations.
Work closely with analytics, CRM, and engineering teams to build scalable customer data platforms and advanced personalization workflows.
Job Requirements:
Requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, data integrations, SQL, APIs, and customer data management concepts.
Experience with Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, or enterprise data architecture is considered an advantage.
